Collabographics

I design how people and AI think together.

Everyone has AI now. Almost nobody thinks with it well — alone, and even less so as a team. The tools arrived; the interfaces for actually thinking together haven't.

That's what I design and test. Studio courses where design teams ideate with AI in the loop on live Miro canvases. Shopping agents that style outfits with you, not for you — research now cited across the virtual try-on literature. And a series of working probes, built with Claude, that prototype what conversation should look like when one of the minds in it is artificial.

I've studied how groups think through interfaces since 2006 — brainstorming systems, meeting satisfaction, augmented shopping. AI didn't change my question. It added a new mind to the room.

I call this Collabographics.

Co-intelligence, made visible.
The Work · 2006—2026

Four eras at the interface of group cognition.

2006//The Matrix

The Concept Plot

Asynchronous brainstorming

A spatial grid that maps online brainstorming in two directions at once — so ideas stay legible instead of piling up.

2014//The Pathway

Telematics & Informatics

Empirical study · N = 126

Statistical modeling that proved a simple thing: when the interface feels good, teams leave their meetings more satisfied.

2024//The Interaction

Virtual Try-On

Hong Kong & Shanghai

Field research mapping the anxiety and social friction people feel when they choose together, not alone.

2026//Co-Intelligence

Human–AI Probes

Built with Claude

Working prototypes of human–AI ideation — probing how conversation should work when one of the minds is artificial. Live: memory walls · the living transcript · casting nadine.

Work With Me · Services

Two ways to think together.

Service 01//AI-in-the-Loop Co-Creation

Co-Intelligence Sprints

Pre-structured Miro canvases + Gen-AI pipelines

Stop optimizing past complaints. I run remote sprints on pre-structured Miro canvases where your team ideates with AI in the loop — and I build working probes and prototypes with Claude that let you feel a future service before you commit to it. The workflows are ones I've tested in the classroom and published; the deliverable is something your team can click, argue with, and own.

Service 02//Tactile Facilitation · in person, by arrangement

The Strategic Synergy Lab

Certified LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP)

I take abstract corporate strategy out of slides and put it onto the table. Using strict, certified LEGO® Serious Play® protocols, I bypass standard conversational hierarchy and defensive posturing. Your team builds literal, physical three-dimensional models of complex systemic challenges, externalizing hidden cognitive barriers and aligning diverse stakeholder inputs into a single, unified operational vision.
